Gabriella SEQUELA WRIGHT

Daughter of the illustrious sculptor Paul David Wright, Gabriella Sequela Wright has been trained by the best theater, dance and music coaches of Paris, London and New York, including Susan Batson et Nicolas Hawtrey (Royal Shakespeare Company). Entranced by her love for the Shakespearean tradition, Gabriella Sequela Wright is a gifted new actress in the world of cinema.

At the end of a two-year search for his female lead for One Dollar Curry, Vijay Singh chanced upon a beautiful cross-cultural girl. Asked what her origins were, she answered : ”I am English, Irish, Portuguese, Mauritian ­ I am a perfect mixed vegetable curry !”. And Gabriella became an automatic choice to play Nathalie, the lead role in Vijay Singh’s film. One Dollar Curry is her first feature film.
